La Universidad de Málaga y la Fundación Karma Guen Karma Kagyu Camino del Diamante (FKGKKCD) han firmado un convenio de colaboración para la creación de una Cátedra de Mecenazgo bajo el nombre de CÁTEDRA ASIA.  La Cátedra tiene como objetivo crear e impulsar la generación de conocimiento en el Área de Estudios Asiáticos, prestando especial atención a los ámbitos tibetano, sánscrito y coreano. De la misma manera, se promoverán los valores asociados a los grandes maestros de las sabidurías asiáticas, como son la búsqueda de la verdad y el conocimiento, el diálogo intercultural e interreligioso y la armonía.

The University of Malaga and the Karma Guen Karma Kagyu Diamond Way Foundation (FKGKKCD) have signed a collaboration agreement for the creation of a Chair of Patronage under the name of ASIA CHAIR. The Chair aims to create and promote the generation of knowledge in the area of Asian Studies, paying special attention to the Tibetan, Sanskrit and Korean fields. In the same way, it will promote the values associated with the great masters of Asian wisdoms, such as the search for truth and knowledge, intercultural and interreligious dialogue and harmony.
