Taller de Hanmun

Este curso de introducción a textos Hanmun está dirigido a estudiantes de postgrado que estén desarrollando proyectos de investigación relacionados con temas anteriores al s.XX o que hundan sus raíces en momentos anteriores al s.XX en la península coreana. Este curso quiere presentar a estudiantes con conocimientos de lengua coreana las características principales de la aplicación de ideogramas chinos al coreano y en la península de Corea. Para ello se presentará la estructura de los ideogramas chinos, hanja en coreano, y se plantearán las bases gramaticales del hanmun. 

El curso dará comienzo el 15 de diciembre y se estructurará en 5 sesiones en las que de forma progresiva en dificultad se trabajarán textos en chino clásico y hanmun. La dinámica del mismo se centrará en un trabajo personal por parte de los alumnos sobre los textos propuestos. El día del encuentro presencial se discutirán sobre las distintas opciones e interpretaciones de traducción propuestas por los estudiantes hasta llegar a una interpretación del texto satisfactoria. Cada sesión presencial tendrá una duración de 2 horas.

Hanmun Workshop

This introductory course on Hanmun texts were intended for graduate students who are pursuing research projects related to pre-20th century topics or who have their roots in pre-20th century times on the Korean peninsula. This course aimed to introduce students with knowledge of the Korean language to the main features of the application of Chinese ideograms to Korean and the Korean peninsula. For this purpose, the structure of Chinese ideograms, hanja in Korean, was presented and the grammatical basis of hanmun was discussed.

The course started on December 15th and was structured in 5 sessions in which texts in classical Chinese and Hanmun have been worked on in a progressively more difficult way. The dynamics of the course has been focused on personal work by the students on the proposed texts. On the day of the face-to-face meeting, the different translation options and interpretations proposed by the students have been discussed until a satisfactory interpretation of the text is reached. Each face-to-face session will last 2 hours.
