The Area of East Asian Studies – Korean Studies as part of the Department of Historical Sciences at UMA promotes interdisciplinarity and innovation. In addition to teaching and research, this area is actively dedicated to the promorion of Korean culture and the establishment of institutional relationships at the international level.
Over several years, the Area has strengthened its ties with other institutions through student and faculty mobility agreements, joint collaborations with research groups from other universities, and the promotion of joint studies, among other initiatives.
