César Augusto Ribas Ramírez graduated in East Asian Studies from the University of Málaga in 2017. He began his professional career as an intern at the UMA-ATECH Bridge Office with Korea, where he gained experience in international relations and academic cooperation. In 2018, he furthered his training as a research intern in the Department of East Asian Studies through the AKS Seed Program, strengthening his interest in research on Korea.

In 2019, he was selected for the prestigious Global Korea Scholarship, which allowed him to pursue a master’s degree in Korean Studies at Seoul National University. Since 2023, he has worked as a teaching and research staff member in the Area of East Asian Studies while progressing on his doctoral thesis within the Advanced Studies in Humanities program at the University of Málaga.

Currently, he continues his doctoral studies and works as a research trainee in the Area of East Asian Studies, where he combines teaching in the East Asian Studies degree program with research on Korean history and culture.
